Fishkill, NY-April, 14, 2014—Westage Companies, the region’s premier healthcare real estate developer, has promoted Mary Close to the position of Controller.
For over 20 years, Close has been employed by Westage and previously held the position of Accounting Manager. In her new role, Close will oversee all financial functions. She will also compile and present detailed quarterly and annual reports, as well as cash flow projections for Senior Management and clients.
Close has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marist College in accounting and a certificate in property management from (NYRI). Close continues her training with the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and NYRI.
