Westage Plaza 207
These two office buildings on New York State Route 207 in New Windsor, New York, are not far from Stewart International Airport and, together, exemplify the flexibility that Westage can provide its clients, based on their individual needs.
This smaller-scale project illustrates how Westage can deliver development solutions at various levels of complexity and size. This particular solution provided the client with lower occupancy costs in a neighborhood, commercial setting.
The initial building of 12,000 square feet was constructed on this site in 2003.
In 2007, the newer of the two buildings, also 12,000 square feet, was erected. It houses the custom-designed home of The Heart Center, the region’s largest cardiology group with seven offices in Dutchess, Ulster and Orange Counties.
