Westage Companies Attracts Wound Care Tenant
Middletown, NY-September 19, 2013—Westage Companies, the region’s premier healthcare, real estate developer, has leased medical space to Orange Regional Medical Center for the grand opening of the Hospital’s state-of-the-art Wound Healing Center.
Orange Regional signed a long-term lease in August for the use of nearly 3,000 square feet of space in Westage’s Pavillion on Crystal Run Road in Middletown–less than one mile from the Hospital’s main campus.
The Wound Healing Center, located on the second floor in Suite 240 of the Pavillion, provides advanced wound-healing therapies via three hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers. The Center is fueled by a team of specialists, who utilize proven wound care methods, specific to the needs of patients with chronic, non-healing wounds. Chronic wounds are generally those that don’t start to heal within four weeks and tend to occur in patients with poor blood circulation or diabetes.
The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
