Westage Pavilion
Orange Regional Medical Center selected Westage over numerous other national companies to develop and construct a facility for the strategic expansion of its outpatient services in the Town of Wallkill, New York.
This 81,000 square foot, 3-story building was constructed under a 70-year ground lease with the Medical Center.
The building, which serves as Orange Regional’s primary outpatient center, includes an ambulatory surgery center, breast care center, MRI unit, wound care center and a sleep lab. Medical tenants practice psychiatry, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, urgent care, plastic surgery, and internal medicine. The facility also houses a durable medical equipment company.
This project was approved, and the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process was completed in a total of just 4 months—a testament to Westage’s experience and tenacity. These approvals included a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals, along with Site Plan Approval.
